Pricing
- Introductory rate: $45/hour (Try us out!)
- Remote support: 1-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments
- Custom builds and larger projects: quoted up front
FAQ
Do you come to me, or do I bring my computer in? on-site, or drop-off is available.
Can you fix it remotely? Many software problems can be fixed remotely in a single session. We’ll tell you if it needs hands-on work.
What if it isn’t worth repairing? We’ll tell you honestly, and help you choose a replacement and move your data over.
