Meet Jen
Jen Anderson, Owner & Principal Technologist
Jen didn’t learn technology from a textbook. She learned it in the field, over more than two decades of hands-on work, and she’s entirely self-taught.
Her career began in broadband. She worked as a satellite technician for DirecTV and Dish Network, including two years in leadership, and spent five years with TDS as a system technician, maintaining cable plant and running the headend that delivered TV and internet service to the community. During the 2018 disaster restoration in Puerto Rico, she served as a lead splicing and sweep technician with Spectrum, helping rebuild a network that people depended on. She also spent seven years as a utility locator, moving into supervisory and state-level management roles.
From there, Jen moved into information technology, managing enterprise infrastructure, networking, and systems in state government. Today she also serves as Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, where she built and runs its technology infrastructure from the ground up.
Kryze Technical Services brings all of that together: the know-how of someone who has worked on every layer of technology, from the cable in the ground to the servers in the rack, and the care of someone who wants every customer to walk away confident.
